Page One of Rules The most important rules to these kinds of games is that people in your sector you're supposed to try and make friends with and act as if you're allied. Same goes for people in your alliance. There is a Bounce feature though where you can ditch your sector and try for another one. The Objective of this game is to both survive and to try and be the biggest and strongest. Economic strength is measured in terms of Land, while military strength is measured in terms of NetWorth(NW). You can use your economy to drive your military strength while attacking other players and other Artificial Intelligences(AI) which are on the game board with you. You can also rob, arson, and nuke other players. To my knowledge there are no player-based rules in this game. There shouldn't be anybody saying something like, hey, you robbed me 6x today, only 5 per day is allowed. Granted, other players have the capability of waging war against you, with nukes and special weapons. There are a lot of technology devices (tech. devices) and Advanced Combat Devices (AC devices) in the game. INAC class targets do not give any items. Attacking or being attacked by human players will give you AC Devices. Aliens, Pirates, and ELFs will give items listed below. When an AI Attacks you, you have the following chances for goodies. (dRatio is their attack over your defense. Ie. they hit you with 50k points and you have 100k points defense, dRatio will be .5. It's minimum is .05 and maximum is 1.1.)
These are the stats on scoring an Item off an AI when you break them for land. Not counting INACs. If you hit smaller than 1/10th your NW, you're drop rate will drop by .66.
The rest of the rulebook is broken down into sections. This is a log-in intensive game and you're expected to logon an average of 2x a day or more. Just a warning. If you don't logon for 2-3 or more days, other players will feast on you like carion birds. There is vacation mode if you need it. | |||||||||||||||||||
